Returns and refunds

Standard-issue items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, for a refund to the original payment method.

Made-to-order pieces

Unit Builder shirts are printed with the unit and MOS you type, so they cannot be resold. They are not returnable for a change of mind or for a typo you entered. They are always covered if the mistake is ours.

If we got it wrong

If we stamped it wrong, misprinted it, or sent the wrong size, we reprint it and cover shipping both ways. No questions. Email bsampson@purechoiceapparel.com with your order number and a photo.

If you typed it wrong

Email bsampson@purechoiceapparel.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will correct the file before it goes to press. After it is printed we cannot undo it, though we will always help you work something out.

Damaged or defective

Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in full.

Promotional and free items

When an order included a free item under a promotion, returning the qualifying item means the free item must be returned as well. If it is not returned, its retail value is deducted from the refund.

How to start a return

Email bsampson@purechoiceapparel.com with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within two business days and will send return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds are issued once the return arrives and is inspected, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the fault is ours.
