Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with Sgt Care Supply Co. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we will and will not print

We print unit designations, MOS codes, rates and AFSCs. We do not reproduce official Department of Defense seals, service marks or insignia, and we will not print anything that misrepresents rank, awards or decorations. We may decline or cancel any order that asks us to, and will refund it in full.

You are responsible for the text you submit. By submitting it you confirm you have the right to use it and that it is not offensive, unlawful, or infringing on someone else's rights.

This store and VA claims are separate

Buying from this store has no bearing whatsoever on a VA rating or claim, and nothing sold here should be understood as evidence, advice, or influence in a claims process. Sgt Care Supply Co. sells apparel. Claims support is a separate service at sgtcare.com.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, refunding in full. Products are subject to availability from our production partners.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, wordmarks and site content are owned by Sgt Care Supply Co. and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
